Gabrielle Jean Gilles:
Dear Verena Street,
My name is Gabrielle Jean Gilles and I’m a part of the team organizing the 57th Fall Parish Festival for Church of the Resurrection. As the largest parish in Dubuque County, it was the vision of our founding members to make Resurrection “a visible presence of Jesus”. Our church provides many ministries for its members and the Dubuque community. Our food drives and Christmas donations to families in need are just examples of our community involvement.
We’re hosting our parish festival on August 20th to raise funds for the church and continue our ministries!
Our festival is a large event bringing in thousands of our parishioners for a day of fun and fundraising. It is a family event with a petting zoo, bounce houses, and also games for both kids and adults (we even have a dunk tank!). The most important piece in terms of raising funds for our event is our silent auction. To make our auction a reality, we are seeking unique and interesting items to auction off. As a previous donor, we are again asking for your help in the success of our auction.
We would like to ask your company if you’d be willing to donate an item, basket, gift certificate or experience. If an in-kind donation isn’t possible, monetary donations are always greatly appreciated, as well.
Your contribution will be vital to helping us succeed in planning our auction.
If you can donate again to our silent auction at this year’ s festival, contact our silent auction team, myself at 563-599-8760 or gjeangilles@dbqschools.org.
As always, your contributions are valuable to the continuation of our cause.
Sincerely,
Gabrielle Jean Gilles
