Verena Street Coffee Co.  is looking for a full-time Production Team Member to join our amazing team!

About the Role

As a Production Team Member, you will assist in the timely and efficient operation of our production processes, including:

• Roasting, blending, grinding, and packaging coffee
• Maintaining accuracy and supporting continuous improvement efforts
• Palletizing, wrapping, and staging customer orders
• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks
• Performing general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Be dependable and highly reliable
• Work well in a team-oriented environment
• Be able to perform physical work, including lifting, moving, and staging products
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Schedule

Typical Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Full-day Friday rotation required
