Q: Is your coffee gluten-free and allergy-free?
A: Our coffee and flavoring syrups are considered gluten-free since they do not have barley, malt ingredients, or wheat. They also do not contain any of the 8 known allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.
Q: Is there sugar in your flavored coffees? What is the nutritional value of the coffee?
A: Coffee flavoring syrups give flavor via aroma rather than taste. There is virtually no nutritional value to the flavorings used, and no sugar in our coffee unless added by the consumer. Many people say they can’t drink “black” coffee until they try ours. Now it’s the only way they drink it!
Q: Do you provide samples of your coffee?
A: If you’re hesitant to try something new, check the reviews on each product page to see what our customers say. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll do everything possible to make it right or refund you fully.
Q: Does your company support sustainability practices?
A: We source coffee from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. This certification ensures sustainable farming practices, biodiversity conservation, fair treatment of workers, and community support.
Q: What is the shipping cost and shipping policy for web orders?
A: Orders ship within 1 business day via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 1–5 business days. Delivery is within the contiguous 48 states and military/APO addresses. Flat rate shipping is $10; orders over $40 ship free. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Q: Where else can I buy your coffee?
A: Our coffee is available at grocery and club stores in select Midwest markets. Use our Store Locator to find nearby locations.
Q: Do you have a refund or return policy?
A: Your happiness is our priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied, contact us — we’ll do everything possible to resolve the issue or refund your purchase under our satisfaction guarantee.
Q: Do you offer tours of your facility?
A: We offer tours for large groups by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule. Walk-in tours are not available at this time.
Q: How should I store my coffee?
A: Keep coffee away from oxygen, moisture, heat, and sunlight. After opening, store leftover coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid refrigeration as coffee absorbs odors and can be damaged by condensation.
