Q: Is your coffee gluten-free and allergy-free?

A: Our coffee and flavoring syrups are considered gluten-free since they do not have barley, malt ingredients or wheat. They also do not have any of the 8 known allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.

Q: Is there sugar in your flavored coffees? What is the nutritional value of the coffee?

A: Coffee flavoring syrups give flavor via aroma versus taste. There is virtually no nutritional value to the flavorings used, and there is no sugar in our coffee unless it is added by the consumer. If you are accustomed to using creamer and sugar in your coffee, we highly encourage you to try ours without it. Many people have told us they cannot drink 'black' coffee until they try ours, and now it is the only way they drink it!

Q: Do you provide samples of your coffee?

A: Typically, a friend has recommended us and you are hesitant to go out on a limb and try something different. We understand - coffee drinkers are loyal! We suggest you peruse the reviews on our products found on each product page to get an idea of what other customers think of our products and find out what you can expect from us. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if for any reason you are not satisfied, just reach out to us and let us know what we can do to make sure you are a happy, lifelong customer, or you will be refunded 100% of your money back.

Q: Does your company support sustainability practices?

A: We utilize several different origins of coffee beans, all of which are sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. We have chosen to source coffee from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms because it ensures that our coffee beans are grown in a sustainable manner. "Farmers that earn the Rainforest Alliance Certified seal are audited annually against a rigorous standard with detailed environmental, social and economic criteria" which are "designed to protect biodiversity, deliver financial benefits to farmers, and foster a culture of respect for workers and local communities. Rainforest Alliance certification also promotes decent living and working conditions for workers, gender equity and access to education for children in farm communities." ~ https://www.rainforest-alliance.org

Q: What is the shipping cost and shipping policy for web orders?

A: Online orders are shipped out within 1 business day. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, so your order will usually arrive within 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. We ship within the contiguous 48 states only, plus to a military/APO address. You will receive a shipping confirmation upon completion of your order that will include your tracking number. We have a flat rate fee of $10 and domestic orders over $40 ship for free!

Q: Where else can I buy your coffee?

A: Our coffee is available to buy at grocery and club stores in select Midwest markets. You can use our Store Locator to find the stores nearest you that sell our coffee.

Q: Do you have a refund or return policy?

A: Our policy is that we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to satisfy the order or we will refund your money under our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied or if you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us.

Q: Do you offer tours of your facility?

A: Any time you want to stop in for a visit during business hours, we are game. We have visible access within our lobby tasting room that will enable visitors to view our coffee roasting and packaging area. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about our roasting process when you visit. Please contact us to schedule large group tours. We are not offering walk-in tours at this time. Find more info about our tasting room here.

Q: How should I store my coffee?

A: Oxygen, moisture, heat, and sunlight have the most damaging effects on coffee, and proper storage is required to protect coffee from these elements. Once you open a bag, we recommend storing any extra product in an airtight container and keep it in a cool and dry place. Refrigeration is not recommended because coffee beans absorb smells very easily and could also suffer from condensation.
