What pricing can I expect for future shipments?
When you sign up for a fair trade coffee subscription, you’ll enjoy a 15% discount off our regular full price on every shipment. If our website prices increase (which has only happened twice since 2010), you’ll continue to receive 15% off the updated price. If your initial subscription order was purchased at a higher discount, future shipments will revert to the 15% discount.
Can I edit my fair trade coffee subscription service?
Absolutely! You can easily update your fair trade coffee selection, delivery frequency, or quantity at any time. Just log into your account and click "Subscriptions" to access your subscription portal. There, you can modify your items, adjust your delivery schedule, update your shipping address, change payment methods, and view your order history. You'll also receive links to manage your subscription in emails about your upcoming shipments, along with an option to do so via SMS.
